Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock you have most likely heard about the federal government led by Joseph Biden canceling $10,000 or more of student loan debt this week, while simultaneously pushing back the loan payments once again until after the election in January 2023.
Politicians are going to do politician things.
We know politicians have 2 rules:
Get elected.
Get reelected.
With the currency printer behind them, knowing these two rules, plus using history and philosophy as our guide we can almost assuredly guarantee the outcome.
As Charlie Munger says show me the incentive and I’ll show you the outcome.
Bring on the debt jubilee!
Is canceling some people‘s debt and leaving others out to dry, fair?
Does it open Pandora’s box to anything else up for grabs like mortgages or credit card debt?
Of course, it’s all insane.
And that’s exactly how government operates.
Always has and always will.
Hence why the founding fathers put strict limitations on government to make it limited in scope.
The bigger government gets the less freedoms people have.
The smaller government is the more freedoms, wealth, and prosperity it’s people have.
Modern dark ages
We are living in the modern dark ages and it will only become obvious in the coming decades when people look back at the insane things we did to ourselves.
Printing endless currency destroying ours in the process (ie. “inflation reduction act”…which spends $800B…🤯🤷🏼♂️
Changing definitions of words
Going to school to rack up monster non-dischargeable debts for jobs that pay nothing with degrees worth nothing
“Woking” ourselves in to climate narratives the elites have told us were fake for decades.
Letting schools run over our own children and call us domestic “terries” for daring to keep them in check.
I could go on but I digress
Fueling the mob
Canceling debts only fuels the fans of inflation and stokes civil disobedience and tensions among citizens.
It is very sad to see this playing out as people people feel daily that the system is working against them and there’s two tiers of justice.
We just saw an amazing example of this play out with Donald Trump in the last few weeks being raided.
It feels like almost daily there is something that we see that makes zero sense.
People get angry and upset when they feel they are slighted and treated unfairly.
Destroying the currency, which is people’s time, is the fastest and quickest way to destruction.
As we rack up more and more debt as a country we find ourselves deeper and deeper in the hole we put ourselves in over a hundred years ago through the creation of the federal reserve and the IRS.
No way out
There’s truly no way out now as a country other than preparing ourselves as individuals and building a parallel system to the one that’s crumbling around us.
That means taking what’s good like the constitution and bill of rights and developing the new structure built around that.
Why I have advocated for bitcoin for a couple years now and then becoming resilient and independent individually.
Anyone that’s been paying even an ounce of attention knows that things are very wrong.
Every human has intuition and it’s beating the door down inside the back of their brain telling them that something is off.
It’s time to prepare and get ready.
Canceling a student loan debt is not the first thing nor will it be close to the last crazy thing governments do in the ever elusive chase to pleasing all people.
Society is built of billions of individuals.
If you treat the individual with freedom respect and sovereignty that’s good for a society as a whole.
Problem is governments around the world try to treat every person as one and do what’s good for society.
They have approached things from the completely wrong end of the spectrum.
That’s great for them as it centralizes power and quashes freedoms.
This will play itself out and we will right the ship, but it will not come without great turbulence.
I believe that the next 10 years will contain great chaos but if we stand strong, great freedom and endless abundance are there waiting for us.
Stand tall and mount up!
Stay strong,
