I find it interesting that at a time when bond markets are cratering and yields are rising—a crash of the global economy—we once again find ourselves in a situation where our leaders are telling us that another “9/11” has happened, and we need more funding, more military, and more lives put at stake.
The U.S. Biden administration just unfroze $6 billion for Iran and they have allegedly helped aid in this grotesque massacre in Israel.
It makes me think of the Ukraine/Russia war.
It makes me think of September 2019 Repo-market seize-up before the lockdowns.
It makes me think of the Afghanistan war.
It makes me think of the Iraq war.
It makes me think of the Vietnam war.
Can you see where I'm going with this?
The answer is never as clear as the media or politicians make it out to be.
The atrocities that took place this weekend in Israel are inexcusable and horrific, and that's an understatement.
More than one thing can be true in any situation.
Why are we constantly being led around by our noses and being told what to do, how to think, and what needs to be done when all those things have done is led to more violence, slaughter, unrest, polarization, division, and money transferred from the 99% to those at the top?
Why should I continue to trust government leaders and bankers around the world who continue to show they have no regard for the people they are apparently supposed to serve, or the sanctity of life at all?
All you have to do is look around right now at college campuses and activists groups siding with those are slaughtering women and babies.
Trained by professors, academics, and administrators that are marxist to the core and most don’t even realize it.
The enemy seems to be within the gates…
Which (as you can see from the link below I outlined over a year ago) was the goal of the communists for the last 100+ years who admitted America (the west, capitalism, free markets, God, Judeo-Christian values) couldn’t be taken down from the outside, but instead had to be perverted from the inside.
I'm not saying that I have the right answer, nor could I ever find it on my own.
That's the problem; none of us can.
We go about our day, hoping and believing that people in positions of power much greater than ours have our best interests at heart.
Unfortunately that’s now how power works.
If someone is willing to cheat you in a board game of Monopoly, that means nothing; then, do you think that people at the highest levels of power and influence really aren't going to cheat you and lie to you?
This is precisely why the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were created: to separate powers, remove emotion, and make it very hard for things to get done, putting the power back in the hands of the people instead of those at the top.
This is also why I have advocated so strongly for Bitcoin and sound money over the years and will continue to do so.
An incorruptible force, rules over rulers.
The power of the purse is how all of these wars are created, and all of the boondoggles are orchestrated.
As Thomas Jefferson knew, the issuance of money needs to be back in the hands of the people.
An issuance of money that cannot be corrupted by men but instead is enshrined in code, a virtual stone.
Until this changes and the money is put back in the hands of the people, these horrible events will continue in front of our eyes, keeping us in fear and perpetually pissed off.
The result is to throw more laws and money at the problem and give ourselves the false notion that we are actually doing something, when all we're doing is enshrining power to the few at the top.
I pray for the souls and the families of those affected in Israel.
Brazen, unprompted attacks on civilians should not happen and should never happen.
To solve these problems we must zoom out to start solving these complex issues and get to the root of the problem where the problems themselves manifest.
If you are looking for more, here is some reading that will absolutely blow your mind on what is happening in the world and a new way to look at it all.
We must stop putting Band-Aids on bullet holes, thinking there is some magical solution.
The time for change is now.
The current system cannot be fixed by the current reality, as the old saying goes, "the thinking that got us here cannot be the thinking that gets us out."
Stay strong,
Brandon
