Be careful the advisors, friends, and advice you keep.
MANY “experts” I have spoken to over the last 10 years in the real estate industry said we wouldn’t have a housing crisis again because “things have changed,” and “banks changed their lending practices,” blah blah.
Apparently, people that can’t afford a home now, is not a crisis?
And the next phase where the whole market goes to the moon then implodes, because of the currency that’s been printed over the last 20 years, isn’t a crisis?
BE CAREFUL THE ADVICE, PEOPLE, AND INFO YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS ACCEPTS AS REAL.
The problem is not in the housing sector. It’s a bubble that has been blown by the federal reserve in the “everywhere else” sector.
Namely credit/debt markets.
Or you could say a bubble in “kick the can down the road” theory.
I know the guy in the pic specifically has apartment units so he will probably be fine.
However, the average person is dealing with an out of control government (for decades, which is our own fault) and Fed who are going to create even more violent swings as this progresses (again our fault).
This is happened through every empire.
7 stages of empire.
Stealing money from the middle class and transferring it to the rich.
We WILL have a two class society if we don’t reign this in.
Bye-bye middle class. It is already happening through decreasing savings, home ownership rates, increasing wealth gap, etc..
This is not me, but history speaking.
This is what keeps me up at night, for my children and their children’s sake.
Real leaders, responsibility, and accountability inside of our own homes creates a natural demand for better leaders that we vote for and represent us in government on the local or global stage.
If we expect it of ourselves, then naturally we will expect it in those that are supposed to lead us.
In my opinion, this is where there is obviously a massive breakdown in society.
It starts at home inside our own family and our own businesses.
That permeates outside and spills over into the rest of the world.
I am far from perfect, but I will be damned if I am not trying to be more accountable and responsible every day taking care of the things that I can control and prepare for:
My spirit/soul
My fitness/health
My sleep/rest
My family
My finances
My investments
My preparation
My decision making
My attitude
My independence
My relationships
My businesses
What else can we take ownership of?
Stay strong,
Brandon
Ps. Here’s a place I get food storage from and water filtration etc.. The more prepared we are the better we can weather storms and then help others. Just like when we’re on an airplane and they say, “put your mask on first before helping others.”
